**The Opportunity**
- Our UGL Utilities division is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for our Maragle High Voltage substation and transmission line project in Regional NSW. The role will be camp based on an all in - all out 3/1 roster.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Supervise work crews on access tracks, foundations and all other associated civil works
- You will ensure all areas of safety and environmental awareness are adhered to within your crew
- Ensure your crew meet their production targets
- Manage quality within your team

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a similar role on a major construction project
- A proven ability to undertake record keeping
- An ability to be a team player
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate your crew
