**About the role
Casual opportunity to perform a range of clinical support activities and on-the-job skills development while engaged in formal full-time or part-time tertiary studies necessary to acquire the relevant entry-level qualification (mandatory) for employment as a Pharmacist in Queensland.
About you
Undertake tasks under close practice supervision of a Registered Pharmacist in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including but not limited to dispensing prescriptions, supplying schedule 8 medicines, maintaining inventory and obtaining patient medication details within the Virtual Pharmacy services.
Work cooperatively within the Pharmacy Department and greater multidisciplinary team to support provision of patient centred care.
Develop a clear understanding of the role and the roles of other professions, using this knowledge to appropriately support and contribute to consumer goals. Refer to and liaise with other care providers from other disciplines to achieve streamlined consumer care.
