**Full Job Description** At Better Quest Disability Services, we are committed to providing care, support, and assistance to those with disabilities who wish to live independently, we recognise our cusomers have a right to choose who support them and how. Our customer is part of the the LGBTIQ+ community and is aged in his early 40's. He lives with Cerebral Palsy. He requires daily supports that includes daily living ( Meal, prep, light house work, and community access) Their is a specific role for the weekends that our customer has asked that the applicants be part of the LGBTIQ+ community and be Male. Our customer is also an artist so the role involves practical support so that he can complete his art work. There are a range of shifts available that inlcude M-F 9am-2pm and M-F 5.30pm-7.30pm and weekends ( specific LGBTIQ+ SW only) 9am-3pm Sat and Sunday flexible hours. If this describes you, we would like to hear from you. **Minimum Requirements include**: - NDIS Worker Screening Check - NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate - Valid Australian driver's license "C" and own reliable and insured vehicle - Current First Aid and CPR Certificates - Proof of working rights - Current resume. - Covid-19 vaccination Certificate **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $38.08 - $83.77 per hour Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Fixed shift - Flexible hours - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Public holidays - Weekend availability - Weekends only Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates Licence/Certification: - First Aid Certification (preferred) - Working with Children Check (preferred) - National Police Certificate (preferred) - Driver Licence (preferred) - Proof of Working Rights (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
