We’re excited to announce the **re-opening of our new retail store in Chatswood**, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead this exciting new chapter.

**About the Role**:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in relaunching our refreshed Chatswood location—supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business success from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the successful re-opening and daily operations of our new retail store
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective floor leadership and team development
- Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards reflect the Coach brand
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment

**About You**:

- Previous leadership experience in premium or luxury retail
- Passionate about fashion, people, and creating memorable customer experiences
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Excited by the opportunity to help relaunch and shape a refreshed store experience
