We are looking for two Assistant Educators (Cert III or Diploma) to join our client in their six-month-old 85-place early learning service in Mount Waverley.

Due to growth in enrolments, our room has gone from less than 10 to 16 in a few months. All children are between 18 months and 2.5 years old, and a big mix of different cultures is in the room. You will work alongside other Educators who are passionate, friendly and engaging.

Our client's philosophy is promoting chides interest through play-based learning. The service's Reggio-inspired curriculum integrates literacy, numeracy, science, music, social awareness, emotional intelligence and language development into a typical week. There is also access to a weekly visit from an Artist for creative art experiences and a qualified sports coach for an opportunity to work on motor skills.

**Responsibilities include**:
Making children laugh while learning
Create a stimulating, positive and fun environment for the children
Ensure learning and development are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
Writing observations and analysing children's progression and development
Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers.

**What we are looking for**:
Hold a completed Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (required)
Previous experience in a long daycare setting (required)
A positive attitude to life, am a team player and have excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and writing)
Able to maintain a professional manner in the workplace

Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, and other child safety regulations.
