**The Opportunity**
We have an excellent opportunity for an **Site Administrator **to join our McIlwain family and support a large Project team in the Gold Coast Hinterlands.

**The role**:Source & Compare subcontractor and supplier quotes
Administer contract variations as required
Assist in prepare budget reports
Provide Administrative support to the Contract Administrator
Let, manage and enforce subcontractors
Assist with sourcing quotes from sub-contractors
Provide good customer service to prospective and current clients
General office duties
Assisting contractors and subcontractors with enquiries
Providing support to the accounts team

**You will have the following key attributes**:
At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar administration role
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
A proactive attitude
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to work with suppliers and negotiate payment terms
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
An interest or passion in Contracts Administration
Willing to travel and work on construction site
Fast & Accurate Data entry skills;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
