**About the role**

Work with other discipline-specific Operations Managers to collaboratively lead a group of Team Managers and clinicians with operational excellence to maintain a high performing culture and drive operational effectiveness. Influence sustainable quality service delivery and exemplary stakeholder management.

**Duties**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a large allied health business focusing on the performance and growth of the occupational therapy group but working collaboratively with peers to ensure high quality multidisciplinary practices are maintained for Participants.
- Ensure performance across the team to budget and manage a P&L with the leadership team to achieve the vision and goals of the business
- Manage a team of leaders to drive performance through quality service delivery
- Promote and enhance the organisational culture
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet operational needs

**Skills and experience**
- 3 - 5 years management experience, especially in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation
- 3 - 5 years management experience across a large professional team, either specific to your allied health discipline or with a multidisciplinary makeup
- Passion for making a difference
- Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace
- Excellent communication skills
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicle
- Qualification in occupational therapy with registration or ability to gain registration with AHPRA
