We are currently seeking a passionate Cookie Bakers to join our Wholesale kitchen in the heart of Manly.

Renowned for our unique cookies that push the flavour boundaries, we bake, sell and wholesale some of the best cookies in Sydney. We pride ourselves on the experience we give to each customer and look to give everyone the best cookies possible, paired with creamy soft serve and custom made house milks. Our team are a key part of that experience. A group of fun and passionate individuals, who love Butterboy as much as its customers.

**About the Opportunity**:
Butterboy is on the hunt for experienced and passionate Bakers If this sounds like you, and you enjoy a dynamic and high-energy work environment, you’re the perfect fit
- Demonstrated experience as a Pastry chef, baker or chef
- Cookie dough and cookie baking experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in high volume, fast-paced bakery environment
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Passionate about pastry and the baking industry
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above recommended
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Able and willing to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holiday
- Strong knowledge of flavours and new ideas to be able to develop the Butterboy menu with our wider team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
