Due to continued growth and ongoing success, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable officer. This business provides exciting industry perks and a great working culture. Working in their corporate head office, you will support and work with team members to coordinate billing and collections, as well as provide quality customer service to clients. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to be made permanent.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Debt collection and management of the debtor list
- Resolution of customer enquiries and disputes
- Issuing invoices and reviewing / monitoring claims
- Accounts reconciliations and allocations
- Management of employee expenses
- Ad-hoc administration duties

To be considered for this role you will have exposure to transaction accounts duties, but more importantly have a positive, 'can-do' attitude. You will have an impeccable attention to detail, with a fast data entry speed. Finally, you demonstrate excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and take great pride in providing a high-quality customer service delivery.
