The buyer is seeking professional services for the buyers Microsoft Azure environment including the provision of guidance, governance and Microsoft-backed support to continually optimise the buyers cloud infrastructure.

The buyer is seeking a comprehensive suite of managed services for its Microsoft Azure environment.

Key services in scope include (but are not limited to):
1. CloudOps including operational best practice advice and guidance, service
request management (including new workloads and changes to existing
workloads), break/fix support and unlimited support for the buyers Azure
environment.
2. Identity management: unlimited support for the Buyers Azure identity
infrastructure across all Azure identity features, Azure Active Directory
maintenance and synchronisation health, B2B (Business to Business), MFA
3. Business continuity including protection against disasters with frequent backup policing, multiple standardised disaster recovery tiers and virtual machines and various PaaS offerings such as App Service, Azure SQL database and Azure files.
4. NetOps: Micro-segmentation, hybrid connectivity, implementation of
ExpressRoute, IPSec VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions, integration with first party
or third party network virtual appliances for perimeter network security and
complex routing topology implementation, support in SD-WAN or multi-protocol label switching environments integration into Azure
5. FinOps: cost control, resource governance and reporting including predictive alerting and cost optimisation. The seller is expected to deliver the services proactively. Additionally, the seller shall provide account and operational management services throughout the life of the agreement.

The following items are not to be included in the Managed Microsoft Azure Services:
Creation of bespoke software including:
Application development
Scripting
Using the workload as an end-user/developer:
Creation of pipelines within Synapse
Authoring Power BI reports
Working on in-container issues in container services
Azure DevOps pipeline creation and management
Operating-system level support and configuration
