We are a new owner and management team at the Samford Pines Early Learning Centre.

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators with strong leadership skills to join the team at our privately-owned and
operated centre in Samford Pines, which is only 10 minutes from Ferny Grove and Arana Hills.

We are now recruiting for the following positions:

- Early Childhood Teacher
- Lead Educators
- Casual Educators - for relief work

education.Required Skills & Experience
- Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment
- Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good working knowledge of the EYLF & NQS/NQF
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting
- Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program
- Ability to document children’s individual learning
- Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvementEssential Criteria
- ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent
- Current Blue Card cannot commence employment without this
- ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification
- Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)
- Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
- Must be able to work all centre shifts (between the hours of 6:30am-615pm)
