At Timber Tots, our Educators have the opportunity to enjoy their work environment thanks to our unique combination of natural settings, larger than regulated play spaces, stimulating play-based programs, and mixed work environments both inside and outside the centre. **Benefits**

Our Educators enjoy a variety of sessions including visits to our garden program, our local parklands, or participating in our Gumnuts program (learning about loose parts and sustainability), or inside with our library program. We have a mixture of both indoor and outdoor activities that are room lead or whole Centre based which means every day is different.
- We always have **3 staff** members rostered on per room, rather than the typical 2
- We believe in **development days** and **special guests** i.e. Julie Cross, Red Nose, or Sids and Kids who we invite to host
- Timber Tots does NOT believe in operating using under-the-roof ratios

Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $22.39 - $33.81 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CAMP HILL, QLD 4152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
