Due to the success and growth of our National Delivery Confidence Team, we are looking for an Associate Director to join our team based in Sydney.

**About the Team**

Our National Delivery Confidence Team is growing to meet an increasing demand from a wide range of industries, dedicated to working with our clients as they are facing an unprecedented rate of change and transformation presenting them with new challenges and great opportunity.

We provide real-time and prospective advice to Senior Executives on potential risks and issues at either a key point in time, or through a continuous and ongoing assurance role during the life of major programs/projects. This is an exciting and interesting service as we support major programs/projects across the nation in navigating the challenges associated with delivering major investments.

Our team advises project leaders across the nation, and we are passionate about helping our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation journeys. **A day in the life of an Associate Director.**

You will provide real-time, practical advice to Senior Executives and Stakeholders on potential areas for improvement on large scale digital transformation programs and projects. This is your opportunity to support our clients to pragmatically manage the delivery of their major transformation agendas.

You will find that working in our team, you won't be siloed to just one client. You will work across a range of major programs and you will be:

- Managing medium to larger size teams of high performing KPMG professionals and responsible for the planning and execution of client engagements
- You will be connecting with a range of clients to develop a trusted and ongoing relationship with them. The ability to build and maintain relationships is an important and exciting part of the role.
- You will be responsible for writing, reviewing and presenting clear and concise reports and presentations to clients, steering committees and program sponsors.
- You will draw meaningful insights, observations and recommendations in relation to the major program you are reviewing.
- Provide oversight and leadership to KPMG team members regarding quality of engagement deliverables, engagement plans and performance management.
- Lead proposal and business development activities by assisting in the identification and management of new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing / presenting proposals.
- Coach and support the development of junior team members to upskill and build their program and project management skills. This is an important and fun part of the job.

Our Team Members should have the ability and passion to rapidly analyse and provide real-time advice to senior program stakeholders.

Skills and experience required include:

- Demonstrated experience in the **accountability for the delivery of programs or projects **, risk management or advisory delivery, or **advisory services over major transformation projects**:

- An ability to **lead others **and communicate effectively with our clients, including facilitating client workshops.
- Coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- **Demonstrated experience in technology transformation **, emerging technology risk or technology advisory practices
- Knowledge of global **frameworks and standards **applicable to Project/Program management and/ or Technology Risk is required (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)
- Strong **written, verbal communication and presentation skills**
