The Woolworths Format Development Team is a national team of 1,000, responsible for innovating and developing retail stores of the future across supermarkets, Metro & Big W. **The Role**

In this exciting role, no two days will be the same You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of technicians and contractors alike and ultimately be focused on providing excellent service to our stores and our customers.

You will be responsible for leading the hard and soft services along with Service Technician Leading Hands and the Service Technicians, across a Zone. Ensuring we put our customers and team first, you will be responsible for all FM services including service level agreements, management of your P&L, as well as the escalation point for your stores (including service providers) As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you’ll be accountable for driving stakeholder engagement and management, using the resources available to you to drive a culture of continuous improvement, whilst ensuring we operate under a Proactive, Responsive and Efficient service model.

**Your key responsibilities will be:
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of Service Technicians to be Proactive, Responsive and Efficient in line with our FM Strategy.
- Supporting maintenance to all areas of our stores, from the front of the store to the back of the store.
- Supporting the management of the budget to achieve agreed financial targets and have a positive zone P&L.
- Ensuring we are maintaining the highest service levels and standards
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders including Operations / Group / Store and department Managers
- Ensure we are doing the right thing through legislative compliance
- Achieve agreed service and safety levels in line with Woolworths ways of working and WHS procedures.
- Represent the State Service Delivery team as part of the FM leadership team and with key stakeholders.
- Undertaking reporting and analysis of information
- Approving Invoices, timesheets, managing overtime, PPOT and RDOs.

**Who we’re looking for:
- We’re looking for a strong people leader who has an interest in progressing their career into a leadership role within our WFM team.
- Proven **c **oaching and people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Experience working in a Facilities Management, maintenance, construction or similar capacity an advantage
- An ability to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes.
- Strong computer skills - we use a variety of software packages
- Great communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel site to site (store to store)
- Innovative and open-minded in approach to solving problems
