Are you passionate about clinical excellence and dedicated to enhancing the quality of podiatry services? We're seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Podiatry Lead to join Encara, a leading provider in the healthcare industry.
As the Clinical Podiatry Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery across our podiatry function. Collaborating closely with our team of Podiatrists and State Managers, you'll lead by example to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical queries and support Encara's Podiatry team and State Managers in addressing client concerns.
- Oversee and guide the delivery of ongoing foot care at each site, ensuring meticulous care planning and seamless handover processes.
- Maintain accurate administrative procedures to facilitate smooth on-site transitions and internal invoicing.
- Uphold superior standards of clinical excellence and customer service, fostering open communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Actively participate in staff in-services and contribute ideas to enhance service quality.
**Employee Training and Education**:
- Develop and manage comprehensive induction and training programs in collaboration with our Quality and Service Development Manager.
- Utilise feedback to drive continuous improvement and disseminate clinical service updates effectively.
- Deliver engaging inductions for new Podiatrists and support the development of allied health professionals.
- Facilitate buddy programs for new graduates, promoting competency-based learning and growth.
**Continuous Improvement - Clinical and Systems**:
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to maintain our competitive edge in aged care, home care, and NDIS services.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and support recruitment and retention efforts.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the utilisation of our systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
**Required Skills**:
- Thorough experience and expertise in podiatry services across various sectors.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
- Strong planning and organisation abilities.
- All applicants must hold or be eligible to hold registration with AHPRA, Covid-19 vaccinations, willing to undergo a police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
