**The Role**
- Full time permanent position - flexible base location with travel to sites required_

We are growing and expanding our team of "RPOS”. This extra position is a rare opportunity for an established Employment Consultant to step up and help our staff who are helping the clients

This role exchanges a caseload of job seekers for the ability to positively impact across _all _caseloads in the region. You’ll likely already be the ‘go-to’ person in your current position - the person that knows systems, hits targets and delivers creative solutions. With a friendly, approachable personality, you will guide, mentor and develop staff at all levels.

**Duties**
- You will interpret guidelines and educate team members to ensure our services meet DES standards.
- Train & develop the team to ensure continuous improvement that builds on our great star ratings.
- Provide hands on, operational support to leaders to maintain and improve performance
- Coach/ train staff in groups and 1:1, face to face and remote
- Focus on training for new starters and existing employees
- Analyse reporting, review caseloads and problem solve to provide appropriate support
