**Job Description**:
**Location flexible**: Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth

New opportunity for a **Regional Manager** to join our Resource & Industrial’s division, where you will lead and support all components of commercial and operational work across key mining/oil/gas portfolios, enabling the execution of the regional business plan, achieving contractual obligations and KPIs through effective cost management and resource allocation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Primary contact and accountable for all customer requirements within portfolio
- P&L management - monitor and evaluate contracts financial and operational results
- Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to deliver improved output and financial performance.
- Lead customer related performance and contract meetings, including KPI and forecast reviews
- Provide leadership to the staff and employees working across multi sites.
- Safety and compliance, ensuring standards are met.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 10 years + management experience across transport, logistics or mining/oil/gas sectors
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing teams across multi sites.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and fatigue management as it pertains to the Transport industry, specifically including dangerous goods
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen
- Track record in safety, compliance and incident management/investigation - ability to determine root cause and implement appropriate corrective actions.
