Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department, including working together with the service team, and providing the best possible service to our customers.

Duties will include:

- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Working collaboratively with the service team to achieve goals in both departments
- Ensuring customer service standards are met
- Assisting general public with queries and purchases
- Interpreting requests for parts as required
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers

You will ideally possess:

- Experience working in a Parts Department as an Interpreter (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Track record of successfully leading a team and meeting budgets
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
