**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a creative and passionate Account Manager to join our Consumer team, working on some of Australia's biggest brands. Based in our Sydney or Brisbane office, the AM will be working alongside the Consumer Practice Director and team across brands in the travel & tourism, FMCG and lifestyle space.
**Here's the relevant experience you will have, that we will build on**:
- 3 - 4+ years' experience in the Public Relations industry or in a Communications Department working with a strong consumer focus
- Experience working on a portfolio of clients and playing the role of team representative to both clients and senior management
- Plays an active role in new business development with a key focus on growing existing accounts
- Ability to lead multiple teams and work streams simultaneously
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills including development of various types of materials such as Q&A, key messages, holding statements, press release etc.
- Experience and understanding of working with large multi-national consumer and corporate companies
- Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment
- Stays updated on social media channels, trends and analytical tools and make recommendations to strengthen our capabilities
