Electrical Shutdown Supervisor PositionWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Shutdown Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical supervision, with a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring safe systems of work.The role involves planning activities to standards, directing and coordinating the electrical workforce, and understanding risk management, quality assurance, and control. You will also participate in safety investigations and reporting, as well as liaise with client and contractor representatives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work
  • Planning activities to standards and minimizing inefficiencies
  • Directing and coordinating electrical workforce requirements
  • Understanding risk management, quality assurance, and control
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • WA A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Leadership experience with successful team delivery
  • Strong safety commitment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership, negotiation, dispute resolution skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills
