**What you'll do
Reporting into the General Manager of Sustainability Enablement and Impact, lead the largest Sustainability program across AU and NZ. Partnering with Lead Accountable, Sponsor and/or leadership teams and other critical stakeholders to shape, design and drive Group, E2E or business unit transformation priorities and associated OKRs, from inception to delivery of value.
- Translates business strategy and integrates thematics into transformation delivery solution design.
- End-to-end ownership of the QDC process, including running key cadences, processes, and practices.
- Manages the identification and mapping of key dependencies for cross-platform/cross-business initiatives.
- Optimises the delivery approach for key initiatives, particularly cross-platform/cross-BU programs. Proactively drives and facilitates collaboration across the Platform and broader Group, particularly with other delivery and portfolio functions.

**What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with leaders to drive alignment, co-create solutions, and craft compelling experiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.
- Expert and adaptive communicator with strong leadership presence, connecting with individuals, teams, and leaders to align in purpose.
- Highly proficient in coaching and building capability in team members and leaders to mobilise and enable delivery. Proven delivery in enabling large-scale transformation in complex environments, leveraging structure, process, and systems to orchestrate delivery in harmony with Ways of Working.
