**About the Role**:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
- Confident communication and people leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
- A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
- Ready to work a Sunday-Thursday roster

- Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results
- Manage floor operations, stock, visuals & daily processes
- Help drive a strong, confident store culture
- Coach casual team members and support training & development
- Step up to run the store when needed
- Uphold safety, compliance, and visual excellence
