End of Tenancy Cleaner

**House Cleaner Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with homeowners to discuss their expectations and preferences.
- Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Informing homeowners of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning.
- Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.all kitchen fixturesSpot cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Performing window cleanings.

**House Cleaner Requirements**:

- Proven experience in house cleaning.
- The ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning techniques.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Higher hourly rate will be discussed during the interviews depending on the experience
- 20% commission for up-sales
- 10% commission for closed business deals
- A van will be provided for the successful applicant.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Slacks Creek, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
