Our authentic care for our people and our customers means that we cultivate a culture of accountability where everyone upholds the values that drive our success.** The Network Security Solutions Specialist is responsible for the Managed and Implementation Delivery Services pre-sales, innovation and thought leadership for Cube’s managed accounts and new Managed Service (MS) business opportunities. A key component to this role is the interaction with customers, vendors, 3rd party suppliers and Cube Networks internal business units when developing, scoping,and proposing new services and solutions to existing and new customers. Experience in managed services, pre-sales, complex network design and architecture, solution selling, proposal creation and pricing models is key to the success in this role. In addition, a high level of ICT business acumen, a willingness to take ownership of problems, be proactive, investigate and propose solutions to suit customers’ requirements is also required. **Your benefits as a Cube employee**: - Empowered flexibility - Our Empower Hours mean working the hours at times and locations that makes sense for you, the business and customer - A monthly Culture Calendar, providing opportunity for socialising and connection every month - Feel Good Fridays means early finish with drinks and nibbles - Competitive remuneration packages - Paid birthday leave - Generous health and wellness subsidy - Discounts on selected major retailers - Diverse and exciting career opportunities within a rapidly growing company - Access to an extensive library of LinkedIn Learning courses - Monthly employee recognition with the chance to win awesome prizes **Key Responsibilities in this role**: - Build a strong understanding of customer's current technology platform, technology dependencies, current operating environment, and future technology requirements. - Bring a strong sense of innovation and thought leadership to the team and customers. - Work with the Cube Sales and Solution teams to identify, scope, propose and win additional and new business across nominated current and new managed services customer. - Work with Cube’s Customer Success team to develop Cube’s managed services and implementation delivery services strategy for nominated managed customer accounts. - Attendance at customer and partner meetings as required. **What you'll need to succeed**: - Successful completion of a Business/ IT related Tertiary education - Proven success and experience in design, architecture and implementing managed service solutions in Enterprise, Government and SME organisation - Relevant industry certification would be **highly regarded** such as: Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, or other industry leading vendor certs (HP/Aruba, Riverbed, Cisco-Meraki, CWNE) - Demonstrated experience with architecting and designing Fortinet solutions for key customers **Highly desirable skills and experience**: - 3-5 years' experience working with a systems integrator or Managed Services provider - 5-10 years' practical experience in any of the following technologies: Wireless and mobility, Networking, Network Security, Cyber Security, Cloud Technologies, Data Centre (Private/Public/Hybrid) - 2-3 years' developing technical solutions for any of the following technologies: Fortinet NSE, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, SD-WAN solutions, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Centre technologies, Microsoft technologies, Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), Enterprise Storage (NetApp) **Our recruitment process, what happens next**: - Recruitment agencies, we’ve got this one Cube Networks upholds the highest ethical standards in business partnerships and will not accept liability for fees associated with unsolicited CV submissions._ - “Cube Networks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
