Undertaking this **12-month Traineeship** will give you the opportunity to complete your **Certificate III in Business** **(BSB30120)** while getting paid

You will be hosted by one of the largest essential services providers in Australia, located in **East Perth**. Your duties will be very varied and can include data entry, running reports and raising purchase requests.

**About the Opportunity**

You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to Document Control procedure including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence. Quality check of documentation submitted by subcontractors/vendors and liaise with senior document controller where drafting errors or other documentation problems have been identified.
Expedite the review and approval process of documentation, sometimes working to tight deadlines.
- Professionally greeting all clients and guests
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including coordinating calls and meetings
- Raising purchase requests
- Data entry and running reports
- General reception/administration tasks

This is an identified **Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander** role.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a reception or similar administrative position preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Suite required
- Ability to prioritise workload and incoming enquiries
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive first impressions and relationships with clients
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol test
- Be up to date with or willing to get COVID-19 vaccinations
