We have an Exciting new career opportunity for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dedicated **Dental Laboratory Team.**

**SYDNEY DENTAL LAB** is Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of Dental products. With 20 years of experience, VTS is a privately owned company with family traditions and a strong commitment to people and culture.

**Job Duties**:

- Liaising with sales, production and finance teams
- Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience
- Following up with the production team
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
- Managing incoming and outgoing orders
- Assisting Dental Technicians with case entry and laboratory duties
- Receptionist duties, including customer service, scheduling appointments, answering Dentist enquiries

**Skills & experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized & display excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Previous experience in Dental industry required
- Reception skills are essential and we can provide training as Dental Technician if interested.
- Enthusiastic and reliable person
- Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
