Operations: - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in food preparation and service areas, following IKEA Food safety and hygiene routines. - Preparing and cooking meals using the correct methods and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality. - Operating kitchen and café equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers. - Supporting the restaurant team by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, restocking, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and welcoming. **Who you are** - As an IKEA Food Co-worker you are: - Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation. - Experienced with working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
