**Job Description**:
A great opportunity has become available with atWork Australia for a In Work Support Coach.

As an In work Support Coach you will support a caseload of clients with a disability, injury, illness and disadvantage to build better working lives. This could include:

- Check-in's to make sure clients are happy with their job, supporting their employer and obtaining pay slips to track outcomes.
- Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted at least fortnightly;
- Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate;
- Effectively manage a caseload of ongoing support participants by providing tailored on the job support and ongoing support preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments;
- Assist with management of claims;
- Run tracker meetings with Job Coaches, Employer Engagement Consultants and Regional Managers to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are tracked and claimed in a timely manner.

**What you need**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced administration environment;
- Proven experience working with targets and KPI's; and
- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
