**Part-Time Coffee Packing & Customer Service Assistant**

Join our small, passionate coffee team at Dingley Village.

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help with coffee packing, phone orders, fulfilling orders and serving our loyal customers. If you love great coffee, enjoy being part of a friendly local business, and like variety in your day — this could be perfect for you.

**About the Role**

You’ll be supporting the daily operations of our roastery and retail counter.

Tasks include:

- Packing freshly roasted coffee for wholesale and retail customers
- Fulfilling orders
- Serving customers and helping them choose coffee
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Keeping the packing and retail areas tidy and well-organized

This is a part-time position based at our Dingley Village roastery.

Ideal for someone who’s local and looking for steady, enjoyable work in a welcoming environment.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys talking to people and delivering excellent customer service
- Is punctual, reliable, and comfortable in a small team
- Can lift and move coffee bags (up to ~20kg)
- Has an interest in coffee or small business (experience not required - we’ll train you)

**Hours & Pay**
- Approx. 2-3 days per week (weekdays preferred, flexible for the right person)
- Casual or part-time basis
- Award wages or above, depending on experience
