We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Data Management person who will manage and continuously improve the tracking of maintenance works that are logged for implementation, scheduled for actioning, and finalized.

The role will encompass all equipment and infrastructure to ensure asset longevity, achievement of production targets and cost minimisation.

**Responsibilities will include.**
- Timely communication with Maintenance personnel and operations manager to ensure all can proceed with clear information and knowledge of resources relevant to scheduled and reactive works to be completed.
- Managing and controlling the MEX system and maintaining data integrity and process within the system. Ensure adequate and continual communication with stakeholders.
- Arranging external contractors when required.
- Assisting the Maintenance Supervisors with spares and parts ordering.
- Manage work orders from internal departments until full resolution.
- Assist in the review of completed works for work order close out.
- Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, monthly tasks etc.
- Administration of paperwork in relation to each work order.
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure that maintenance activities occur when planned, and that contractors are inducted and have current and complying licenses and permits.

**About you**
- You are experienced with MEX, CMMS or similar systems
- You are an accomplished planner with a background in construction/ maintenance.
- You have a history of reliability and dependability and understand the impact on operations when not in attendance
- Resilient and adaptive in your ability to work with difference personalities and communication styles.
