We are extremely excited to be expanding our Adelaide City team and are seeking 1 new **permanent part time or casual trainer **to join **Fitstop Adelaide City**. Fitstop is the Home of Functional Fitness across Australia and has over 115 locations internationally. We have a result driven, lifestyle-inspired approach to health and fitness.Our trainers provide a hands-on approach to ensure our members are continually progressing and striving to reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for health and fitness and wants to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives and our community.

**About the role - Trainer**:
Our team is the face of our business; they play an integral part in our growth and success. As part of the Fitstop team you will be surrounded by a strong and passionate community, while working alongside Fitstop owners, managers, trainers and our members. Your key responsibility will be to inspire our members through exceptional group training sessions, you will have a strong focus on member growth and retention by building and maintaining relationships with members and the local community. In turn, you will receive workplace flexibility and continuous personal and professional development to advance your career progression. Additional to taking group training sessions, you have the freedom to run personal training sessions (outside of group training sessions) rent free.
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
- Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training (preferred but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience with managing social platforms and community management
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Creativity, drive and initiative
- Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
- Work well as part of a team
- High level of integrity
