Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for producing versatile, high-impact content? The Push-Up Challenge seeks a Digital Content Coordinator to develop and elevate our communications across all platforms, from social media and video content as well as content on our website and app.

Working with our dedicated team and external agencies, you'll ensure our content resonates at every stage of the participant journey, helping drive awareness and engagement with our events and mission.

**About the Role**:

- **Social Media Activation**:Collaborate with The Push-Up Challenge team to develop and implement a cohesive digital content strategy across channels.
- **Spontaneous Content Creation**: You know that some of the most impactful content arises from unplanned moments. Be ready to capture and share those right-moment-right-time experiences that connect with our community.
- **Asset Management**:Organise, maintain and label a library of digital assets (photos, videos, documents) for efficient access and retrieval.
- **Impact Stories**: Craft engaging participant stories and impact narratives that connect with our supporters.
- **Collaboration with Ad Partners**: Work closely with our marketing leads and external ad agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment between organic and paid content.
- **Content Optimisation for Customer Journey**: Craft content and calls to action that inspire, engage, and convert participants at every stage of their journey, ensuring a seamless brand experience.

**Technical Skills & Requirements**:

- **Social Media Platform Expertise**:Skilled in managing and creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, with a deep knowing of how differently these audiences consume content, and a track record of building engagement.
- **Content Creation Tools**:Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing software (such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or others).
- **Performance**: Experience utilising analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta, Data Studio or others) as well as new AI driven tools to assess and optimise performance across channels.
- **AI-Enhanced Content Generation**:Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Midjourney or similar) to generate ideas, refine copy, and adapt tone and style to align with our brand voice, applied across various content types and audiences.
- **Structured & Detail-Oriented**: Proven experience using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday, or others) to bring structure and discipline to creative projects, paired with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.

**Requirements**:

- **Preferred Qualifications**: Degree or Qualifications in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Essential**:Graphic design and video editing skills, enabling a multimedia approach to content creation.
- **Preferred**: Strong copywriting skills.
- **Experience required**: 5+ years in similar roles.

**Collaboration & Teamwork**:
You'll work closely with the Communications and Marketing Manager, as well as the Communications Lead, Marketing Lead, Digital Specialist, and wider team, plus external agencies where required, to foster a collaborative environment where content aligns with our strategy and resonates with our audience.

**What We Can Offer**:
