Tutt Bryant Equipment is Australia’s leading multi franchised National Distributor of earthmoving, construction equipment and cranes, providing the sales, service, maintenance and parts through its national network of branches.

This position will be responsible for providing both inhouse and field repair and maintenance support to a client base of Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, Compaction and associated Earthmoving Equipment.

The essential tasks of this role include:

- Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Diagnosing faults in and performing operational maintenance of equipment
- Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and checking parts
- Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed
- Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of equipment and ensure compliance with pollution regulations
- Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance
- Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers

The skills and experience required for this role are:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- At least two [2] years work experience
- Safe working track record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work unsupervised and
- Ability to work within a team environment
- White Card (Construction Industry)
- Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Excellent Time Management
- Good Communication and Literacy
- Flexibility
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence

An attractive remuneration package is on offer for this position with a base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 per annum (depending on the level of experience) and other company-provided items and benefits.
