Housekeeping Staff

Flinders Hotel is looking for energetic and friendly staff to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis. There are multiple positions available.

Flinders Hotel’s 40 room modern luxury boutique hotel, Quarters, offers impeccable quality and comfort making it the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Housekeeping staff are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of accommodation rooms exceeds guest expectations. To be successful in this position, you will have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on the ability to deliver a room that epitomises luxury and comfort for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning guest rooms and en suite bathrooms, storage areas, and public areas
- Replenishing guest amenities
- Maintaining strict security procedures

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous Housekeeping experience, preferred but not essential
- The ability to work well as a team player
- Good communication skills
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends & Public Holidays
- Strong attention to detail & excellent time management skills
