The opportunity
We are seeking talented project management leaders to
- Provide front line leadership, management and coordination of our Program Integration Office workforce who support our E7 Wedgetail Sustainment and Development Programs, and
- Support the Program governance framework that both Programs operates within.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leadership of the operational employees (Program coordinators and administrators)
- Leadership of the planning and scheduling specialist employees
- Leadership of the project management employees
- Development and management of employee skills development and training
- Management of particular elements of the Program governance framework, ensuring a standardised approach is applied across the organisation

Experience / Qualifications / Qualities
- 5+ years as a project management leader within a technically complex project
- A human centric, approachable, empathetic and friendly leadership style
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high tempo environment, for both yourself and your team
- Experience with the development and / or maintenance of a project governance framework
- Experience with the establishment and maintenance of employee skills and training requirements

Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
