**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require an Assistant Development Manager to join our Commercial Development team in Melbourne working on the Melbourne Quarter tower project.
Melbourne Quarter comprises three next-generation commercial towers, two residential apartment towers, and a diverse mix of retail. Once fully complete, the precinct will comprise 152,000sqm of commercial space including 5,000sqm retail space. As Assistant Development Manager you will play a key role in supporting and participating in the design and delivery of development projects to ensure successful execution in accordance with the agreed milestones and deliverables and in compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards.
**The Role**
As a member of the Commercial Development team, you will support the Development Manager and Senior Development Manager.
- Utilising your previous experience your role will include activities such as:
- Prepare briefing documents.
- Appoint and manage consultant teams.
- Administration of key contracts
- Coordinate production of marketing materials - presentations, information memorandums, leasing submissions
- Assist with the drafting of HOA’s and other leasing related activities
- Progress titling of the plan of subdivision
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform development decisions
- Liaise directly with customers, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, as required.
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in Property, Development, Economics, or a similar built environment related discipline, with 2-5 years previous work experience in a property industry related role.
