Nestled in the CBD, The Bristol is a newly refurbished, multi-faceted precinct, boasting a Rooftop bar, Cocktail lounge, Public Bar, Sports Bar, Restaurant and Premium nightclub space. **About the role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Staff to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue. As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all food and beverage areas

This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced food and beverage attendants and individuals interested in starting their career in the hospitality industry. We provide full training and pathways for career progression for those who demonstrate dedication and commitment to their role. Open roles include bartenders, section waiters, runners, glassies, and cellar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling certificate is essential or willing to obtain.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
- RCG (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
