As a Project Administrator, your role involves helping with various company tasks, either locally or nationally. You'll be assisting with different projects and proposals related to design, engineering, and consulting.
Day to Day Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Project Leaders to uphold compliance with the Project Delivery Framework and Project Administration Processes.
- Aiding in the collection and analysis of project data and reporting on outcomes.
- Contributing to the preparation of Project Initiation documents for new projects and resolving issues, services, and inquiries related to individuals affected.
- Working alongside other Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Experts, Owners, and stakeholders to ensure project completion within schedule and meeting objectives.
- Coordinating with professionals and consultants to define project results and timeframes.
- Overseeing project documentation and contracts, identifying issues, and implementing changes when necessary.
- Handling daily administrative tasks such as document typing, formatting, and creating project reports and schedules.
- Assisting with financial tracking, including contract values, variations, completed works, remaining works, and debtors.
- Establishing, evaluating, and negotiating contract, program, project, and service variants while monitoring costs to stay within budget.
- Supervising project progress, addressing potential issues, and coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Advising the senior Management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and delivering documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Understanding and evaluating market requirements for current and future products
**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Prior experience in construction or professional services will be highly regarded.
- High-level organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- A strong working knowledge of business and project management software packages
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc. desirable
**How to join the team**
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
