Position Summary
- Overall, 10-14 years in Software Testing with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Manager
- Experience in Azure Devops / Opentext ALM
- Experience in leading complex end-to-end integration testing
- Experience in quality engineering activities across all phases of SDLC

Mandatory Skills
- Test Management
- Azure Devops / Opentext ALM
- Experience in leading complex end-to-end integration testing
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile and waterfall SDLC models

Roles And Responsibilities
- Extensive experience with Test Management tools such as Azure DevOps and HP/OpenText ALM for test structuring, automated reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Proven track record in leading testing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret requirements and develop comprehensive positive and negative test case scenarios.
- Proficient in developing test plans, scoping test cases, and executing them.
- Ensure all test artifacts comply with testing and documentation standards.
- Active participation in cross-functional team meetings, providing QA status updates.
- Experienced in leading small team
- Exposure to leading test automation and performance testing projects
- Optional skills - SAP Utilities or other SAP modules and TOSCA

**Qualifications & Certifications**:
ISTQB Foundation Certificate

Salary Range: >$100,000
