Market Research Analyst

This exciting opportunity will see you support and conduct research across Consumer, Product, Brand & Communications and RAA strategic projects as required. You will identify and provide actionable insights based on quality consumer and market research across the RAA Research Program. In addition you will:

- Work as part of the Data Capability and Research team to deliver high quality insights across RAA Group.
- Analyse large datasets from various sources (market research reports, consumer surveys etc) and translate into clear, concise and visually compelling reports and presentations
- Perform desktop research as required and assist in gathering and monitoring market conditions and competitor behaviours to understand and identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Advocate research across RAA Group to broaden understanding and impacts of insights through cross collaboration and functional approaches.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and research methodologies
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory standards and industry-specific guidelines.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Market Research/Statistics / Business, IS or related discipline is required.
- Sound analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis using statistical software (Q Research; SPSS) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- 1-2 years of direct experience within similar market research roles.
- Experience with data visualisation tools eg Tableua, Power BI
- Experience running quantitative surveys.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks concurrently
- Experience with Qualtrics and Q Research software is desirable.
- As a team player, you understand the value of collaboration and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
