**About You**

To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate:

- Strong commitment to working safely
- Availability to work across our 24-hour shift profile
- Flexibility to perform different roles
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to think logically and quickly, sometimes under pressure

Other skills that may be advantageous but not essential:

- Forklift licence and experience
- Previous Food Manufacturing
- Team Leader/Managing Teams
