**The Centre**

**Bethania Early Education Centre** is located just a 450m walk from the Bethania train station. We care for up to 75 children per day and offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. **Position details**

The right applicant will have a strong passion for teaching in the early years as we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator for our centre. You will be programming and incorporating an educational, play based program for the children in our care, as well as leading and mentoring your team.

**Skills and requirements**
- Hold/Studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood
- Hold a current blue card
- Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis certificate
- Be an open communicator and able to build strong relationships with families and work mates
- Demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and have an intermediate level of computer skills to be able to use our programming software
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
