**The Centre**

**Bethania Early Education Centre** is located just a 450m walk from the Bethania train station. We care for up to 75 children per day and offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.

**The Opportunity**:

- Lead Educator (Apprenticeship)
- You will be provided with support from the management team and our college team and have access to well resourced rooms. You must have a strong passion for teaching in the Early Years and be motivated to step up to a room leader position.
- Apprenticeships are at no cost to the Employee, which makes this a great opportunity if you have been thinking about upskilling.
- Monday - Friday 5 days per week
- Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- $20-$26 per hour + super

**Your day-to-day**:

- Lead your team to create and deliver and educational program that supports children’s learning and development
- Children’s health and safety will always be your first priority
- You will sing, laugh, play, and inspire learning
- Build relationships with your families and your team of educators
- We will cover the costs of your study if you would like to upskill in your career

**We would love you to have**:

- A sense of humour, great work ethics and a reliable nature
- Hold a _**completed **_Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care and be willing to study a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children
