Our team is an extremely efficient group of motivated and talented sales professionals, who consistently demonstrate a high standard of consistency and quality sales. As our company is rapidly expanding, a position has become available for an entry level/experienced sales representative to join our sales team in the Newcastle, Central Coast & Hunter Regions.

We have Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time positions available with successful applicants given the opportunity to work on behalf of some of Australia’s Blue Chip Clients in a Face to Face Sales role with all the tools and training provided.

This is an employment position and NOT commission only. On top of your wage, BSM also offers unbeatable commissions and promotional structures for those who also want to further their career into management & executive/director roles. We currently have agents who are earning well over $100,000 with no previous sales experience before joining the BSM team. This means there is no limit on what you can achieve, how far you can take the position or how much you can earn.

With offices in Newcastle, Gold Coast, South Australia, Wollongong & Brisbane within its first 3yrs of operation, BSM is one of the fastest growing F2F sales companies in Australia, with eyes on further local, interstate and international expansion.
