ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Coffee Machine Installation Technician at Coffee Machine Warehouse, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of commercial coffee machines at various customer sites across Melbourne, Victoria. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive prompt and expert service to have their new equipment delivered & installed to their premises.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Travelling to customer sites to install and set up new coffee machines
- Providing training to customers on the proper use and care of their coffee machines
- Maintaining detailed records of all installations, maintenance and repair work
- Communicating with the office for invoicing & payments
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a coffee machine technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of commercial coffee machines
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers
- A valid driver's licence
- Certification in electrical work or plumbing would be highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills
