ICG is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks. In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson based in Sydney to focus on covering clients for FX products.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Proactively driving sales coverage of Global Markets products including Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Fixed Income and Derivatives across G10 & EM.
- Work closely with the trading team across FX Spot, FX Forwards, FX Options, Segregated Execution on optimization and analysis of client flows.
- Leverage knowledge of Deutsche Bank’s eCommerce product and trading relationships to provide clients with bespoke workflow solutions to meet their needs
- Actively looking for cross-sell opportunities with clients, and working with the relevant Sales team to execute
- Supporting the Australian Sales desk on active internal and sales initiatives
- Advising on clearing, collateral/derivatives-documentation
- Supporting the onboarding of new client relationships / funds, working with Case Management, Credit, and Legal
- Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up
**Your skills and experience**:
- FIC Institutional sales experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
- FX product experience essential and developing skills in structured products.
- Focused on deliverables and willing to put in required sales effort to help desk grow the flow and structured business.
- Good local market knowledge
- A sense of how macroeconomic developments, be they slow moving or instantaneous, could be beneficial for the largest sophisticated investors
- Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for client
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements
- Driven and dedicated to help the team succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
