The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Team Leader (Environmental Services) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia
You will
- Work within Environmental Services across the GCHHS as required, in alignment with the strategic direction of Environmental Services, and to ensure service delivery provisions are met and maintained
- Liaise with the Nurse Unit Managers and other stakeholders on service delivery provision and resolve issues as identified
- Undertake department audits ensuring completion as scheduled and within designated timeframes
- As a Team Leader of a multi-disciplined team, ensure high standards of performance are achieved through, performance management and administration of Environmental Service Officers

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19
- Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $65 669 - $72 014 per annum
