**Job Description** Multiple Casual Positions Available**

**Ready to swap the usual routine for a job that feels like a holiday?** If you’re looking for a lifestyle change, a flexible role to fit around family or other work or just want to add some fun and adventure to your week, our Guest Experience team at Ocean Beach Resort could be your perfect match
- ** Flexible Shifts for Real Life**: Our shifts run between 9am-9pm, so you can work around school drop-offs, other jobs, or your own beach time
- ** Multiple Positions Available**: Bring a friend or meet new ones—there’s room for everyone.
- ** Perfect for Teachers, Childcare Workers, Parents & More**: If you love working with kids, creating memorable moments, and want to be part of a vibrant, supportive team, you’ll fit right in.
- ** Work Where Others Holiday**: Enjoy the sea breeze, sunshine, and a team that’s all about fun and making magic happen for our guests.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Be the Heart of the Action**: Deliver or oversee awesome activities and experiences for guests of all ages—think games, crafts, poolside fun, and more.
- ** Supervise the Pool**: Keep our pool areas safe, friendly, and full of good vibes.
- ** Host with Confidence**: Don’t be shy—interact with guests around the park, and make every guest feel like a VIP
- ** Create Lasting Memories**: Help families, kids, and guests make the most of their holiday—no two days are ever the same.

**What You’ll Bring**
- An **outgoing, bubbly personality**—your energy is contagious
- Confidence working with people of all ages (kids, parents, grandparents—everyone’s welcome).
- Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups.
- Cool under pressure and ready for the fast pace of peak periods.
- Happy to take the spotlight—whether it’s on the mic or joining in the fun.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile.
- Working with Children’s Check & current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability across weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
- Most importantly**:You bring the personality, we’ll handle the training**
