**Job Description**:
As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you will be the face of our pizza shop, providing warm and efficient service to our guests. You'll manage customer interactions, handle orders, and ensure the restaurant environment is welcoming and organized. In our fast-paced setting, you'll work alongside a supportive team dedicated to creating a memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming environment.
- Take customer orders accurately, either in person, over the phone, or online.
- Handle transactions, including cash, credit card, and contactless payments.
- Provide menu recommendations, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, countertops, and drink stations.
- Assist in preparing and assembling to-go orders.
- Work with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Manage a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service or front-of-house experience in a restaurant or café setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
