**About the role**:
GEM Resourcing is recruiting for a Trade Assistant in Guildford, WA 6055. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable company in the transport and manufacturing space. The role involves general yard duties, such working with blasters, painters, working with transport equipment, tidying, and forklift or Dogman work when required.
- A trade assistant background with a desire to work long-term locally
- A mechanical mindset or previous mechanical experience is preferred for this role.
- A positive, energetic attitude to work within a great company culture
- A hands-on and proactive approach is preferred
- Previous forklift experience is preferred
- Living local to Guildford WA 6055
- Experience with working alongside tradesmen such as, Blasters, Painters and Mechanics

**To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following**:

- Forklift Licence
- Dogman Licence
- Reference contact details of two past employers
- Based already in Perth, WA
- Have the right to work in Australia
